A pen camera is, simply, a camera integrated into a pen. Besides spying, I'm not sure if it's much use except for entertainment. The inventor has made one accomplishment though, he's made the camera thinner than the iPhone. I think that it's pretty neat because you can take pictures/videos of objects without people knowing.
